Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may require you to cancel appointments. We kindly ask that you provide us with 24 hours’ notice. A failure to provide us with 24 hours’ notice will result in a 30% charge as well as a no call no show.
If you do not show up for an a packaged item or a promotion, you will forfeit the service.
We appreciate your consideration as this allows us time to make your appointment available to other clients and compensate ABBA for lost wages.
